Simona, 17, has been tipped as one of the tennis stars of the future after winning a host of junior titles and a place in the final of the junior French Open last year.
But the 5ft 5in sports star has told how she thinks her 34FF boobs are holding her back.
Now the Romanian smasher has booked herself in for surgery to make her boobs smaller in the autumn.
"The breasts make me uncomfortable when I play," she said.
Simona says the sheer weight of her boobs slows her down on the courts and could cost her vital points.
"It’s the weight that troubles me - my ability to react quickly," she explained. "I don’t like them in my everyday life either. I would have gone for surgery too if I hadn’t been a sportswoman, but my breasts make me uncomfortable when I play."
